great with just a few drawbacks

This phone is great - with a few exceptions.

Pros: easy to read buttons, well lit, great amplification even on speaker, easy to program.

Cons: only a few speed dial buttons, no phone book, and the speaker phone function does not disconnect a call unless the user remembers to push the button.

If the user has cognitive issues, the line will be busy unless the caretaker turns off the speaker phone.
