Kensington Trackball Mouse

The Kensington trackball mouse has the trackball positioned in the center of the unit. The one big advantage of this placement is that it works equally well for right handed and left handed people. That makes this an excellent choice for lefties. Users can control the cursor movement by using their index finger.

This reduces the amount of motor skills needed to operate the mouse.
