If you would have told me that seniors would be playing video games 5 years ago, I would have told you that you're crazy. I stand corrected. Nintendo has developed a remarkable game system that makes senior gaming a reality. There innovative approach to gaming has helped a number of seniors enjoy hours of fun and improved health.

Once of the keys to introducing seniors to gaming is finding the right games. Some of the games on the Wii system are too complex for many seniors that are new gaming. Below you'll find a list of games that I think seniors can receive a lot of enjoyment from.
